Fruitful Conference - April 2026

Fruitful is a series of day conferences for LGBT+ Charismatic Christians and their allies in the UK. In 2026, there will be two Fruitful day conferences - one has already happened at Birmingham in April, the other is scheduled for Whitstable, on 12 September.

Not everyone can make it to conferences such as these, but for those who can go along they are times of enormous encouragement, fellowship, worship and teaching.

As a taster, Fruitful have put up the talks from April's day conference on YouTube, and we carry the links below. September's conference will not repeat these talks, but has its own distinct program. Whether you can make the September conference or not, here's a chance for a 'taster' of this encouraging and Spirit-filled event.

Talk 1 - Living in the Tension: how do we cope when our environments aren't inclusive or when different needs collide? Revd Rachel Humphrey (Minister at Bonny Downs Baptist Church) - 26 minutes.

Talk 2 - From Leviticus to Eden: How the traditionalist argument has shifted. Dr Steve Burnhope (Speaker, Writer, Theologian and Consultant - esp. within the Vineyard Churches.) - 38 minutes.

Talk 3 - Whose kingdom? Whose fruit? Getting back to basics on inclusivity and belonging. Revd Dr Carlton Turner (The Queens Foundation, Birmingham.) - 38 minutes.
